Larry Dub, Adv. & Notary

Founder and Senior Partner

Larry is a B.A. graduate from Columbia University, class of '75. He graduated with a Doctor of Law degree from Cardozo Law School of Yeshiva University NY, class of '79. He was admitted to practice Law in Rhode Island ('79), New York ('80), and Israel ('85).

In 1980 Larry became chief litigator at the Providence R.I. Law Firm of Perlman & Vogal. In 1984 he took a leave of absence in order to practice law in Israel, where he did his statutorily required apprenticeship at the Israeli Registry of Corporations, where he worked in the corporate stock registration division. He received his Israeli law license in Oct. 1985, and his Notary license in Sep 2001.

In 1985 Larry returned to Rhode Island where he opened his new law firm. The law firm concentrated in bank foreclosures, refinancing, collections and international criminal law. In 1995, Larry was retained as chief counsel for Israeli agent Jonathan J. Pollard, and continues to represent him till this day.

In 1991 Larry opened an Israeli branch in Jerusalem as a second office, and split his time between the U.S. and the Israeli Offices, increasing his international practice to include White Collar Extradition matters, Israeli Real Estate, Estate and Wills litigation, and International Agreements and Collections.

Today Larry Dub & Co. Law Offices & Notary is based in Modiin, Israel, and has several associates and paralegals. The firm continues to concentrate its practice on Real Estate development, Estate and Wills, International Agreements and Collections, International Extradition and Criminal White Collar matters.

Yishai Dub, Adv. & Notary

Admitted to the Israel Bar Association, 2013.

A large portion of Yishai's practice is devoted to representing foreign residents, English-speaking clients, and new Olim purchasing property in Israel. He understands the unique challenges international clients face, from navigating Israeli legal procedures and tax regulations to coordinating transactions across different time zones and takes pride in making the experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

In addition to his real estate practice, Yishai advises individuals and businesses on commercial law, contract negotiation, real estate taxation, wills and estates, and serves as ongoing legal counsel to local businesses.

Clients know Yishai for his accessibility, responsiveness, and practical approach. He believes that every client deserves clear communication, honest advice, and personal attention throughout every stage of the legal process. Rather than simply completing transactions, his goal is to build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and results.
